It’s our company outing tomorrow! We’re off to Morong, Bataan!
But of course, before the happenings there are a lot of things to prepare. Good thing I’m not the one in charge to this year’s outing so I don’t have to worry of budgeting, the shopping, monitoring and other things to do. The preparation is not really as simple as thinking of what trumpet to buy so I’m a bit relive. I’m just hoping that this year’s outing would be fun and successful as we incorporated team building activities. I hope employees would be open to change.
Pictures will be posted after!
Last Mother’s day I was alone at home. My husband has to go to work, my son is on vacation at my in-law’s house while my siblings are in their youth camp and my mother is in Batangas with my eldest brother. And since I am alone, I decided to make small changes on my hairstyle. I have maintained a long and straight hair but I don’t want to cut it short so I just decided to have bangs just to give a different look. I have to search for hairstyles for medium to long hair length while I am searching for solid body. Good thing I have found a lot of hairstyles and I just showed it to the haircutter.
I like it and my friends and family liked it as well. What do you think?

I am a working mom but as much as possible I am the one cooking our food. I also want to try different dishes so our meal is not always the same. I also try that we don’t eat rice in the evening, so I have to think of different menu for our dinner. So last week I wanted to eat pasta and I saw Clara Ole carbonara sauce. I looked at the recipe and wanted to try it but made some revisions.
It’s called Chicken Carbonara royale. I don’t usually measure the ingredients so I will just mention it.
Chicken breast cut into cubes
Green bell pepper(you can use red too)
Cream of Mushroom sauce
Clara ole carbonara sauce
Cooking is very easy. Sautee onion with butter until cooked, add chicken breast cubes, cook for about five minutes. Add mushroom and the bell pepper. Cook for another minute and add Mushroom sauce and little water. Upon boiling add carbonara sauce. Pour over cooked pasta and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. And its done.
My little boy love it but have one request that next I should not add bell pepper.
