It’s Wednesday today, and its Bring My Own Bag (MOB) day at Sm supermarkets. It means, customers are encourage to bring their own shopping bags when they do their grocery shopping today. OTherwise, their items would be put in brown paper bags instead of the usual yellow plastic bag. If you prefer this plastic bags, you have to pay a certain amount for each bag. Alternatively, you can buy two pieces of SM’s green shopping bag for just Php 35.00. You will also get additional points for your SM advantage card when you buy this bag. You can reuse the bag on your next shopping any time and receive bonus points every time you use the Green Bags.


This is SM’s little way of helping in Saving the environment.

I walked a lot yesterday.

I walked from Robinsons Equitable tower to Julia vargas the point where I will ride going to our store to pick up some money and deposit it to the bank. But while I was traveling, and saw the traffic and realize that I won’t make it if I will still go to the store, so I immediately went out the FX and walk going through SM hypermarket Pasig. Fast forward…. I am on my way home, I have to walk again from ADB ave going to EDSA to ride a Bus, and another walk from the Tricycle terminal to our home, so I think that would be at total of 3 KM. Is it long or its just me?

While I was walking, I just repeatedly said to myself the walking have Benefits for my health.
Walking is a very popular physical activity of all people. It is the simplest form of exercise.
You can do this anytime, anywhere without spending a dime.
It is recommended that an adult would walk briskly at least 30 minutes a day three to five times a week.
But not all people do this.

There are a lot of Health benefit of walking, but the frequency and intensity of walking can increase or decrease its health benefit.

It increase energy, stamina, and metabolism.


It improves sleep.


It help reduce the risks various sickness like obesity, diabetes, heart disease, osteoporosis, stroke and other disease

It is a good way to lower blood pressure and increase the “good” cholesterol


It can reduce the symptoms of PMS, back pain, and arthritis.


The list can go on and on, but Overall, walking reduces stress and improve wellness, fitness and happiness.

September 10 was the grand opening of Wham Burger restaurant located at Lower ground floor of SM Megamall bldg B. My husband told me that he and his workmates are going to eat there. I got really envious because I haven’t tasted wham’s burger. ^_^ So he just said he will buy after work. I was so excited. But I have to wait for him since his work is until 7 pm…

I wanted to order Whammy burger with cheese but my hubby keep on insisting that I order for Double whammy with cheese. I knew I wouldn’t be able to finish this but I gave in. Double whamy with cheese is 2 – 1/3 pound all beef patty with ketchup, mustard, lettuse and tomato. itis chargrilled. When I tasted it…. hmmhh.. delicious. I wasn’t able to finish it so I gave it to hubby. I know that he insisted on the double so I will share some to him ^_^.

“my hand is itching” I said to myself when while we were on our way home last Wednesday night. As the old saying goes, when your hands are itchy you will receive a money or you will loose money. So, I thought of the positive side. I don’t actually believe this saying but it’s nice to think that I will be receiving money. I didn’t thought of my online income that time. I was just thinking how will I receive a money, can’t think of one. ^_^
so I just ignored the thought of it. But come Thursday morning when i checked my Neobux account I already reached the minimum payment of $8, so I requested for it. And when I checked my paypal account, there it is, another payment, $14.60 from Content Current. Payment can be seen at Earn Money with Red.
Yes, I did receive money! So, is the “pamahiin” true or just plain Coincidence?

hahaha. Don’t know what to put in the title.
I just feel like writing before I sleep.
It’s 11:18 in the evening here in the Philippines.
I am sleepy and my son is already telling me to sleep.
I also need to wake up between 3 – 4 in the morning.
