GT: My Birthday

Author: I joined Girl Talk several weeks back but I wasn’t able to post GT topics religiously every Thursday. So now, though I know I am late, I still decided to post this.
I was born on February 11, 1981. Yes, I am an aquarian also. I’ve already seen some bloggers who are fellow aquarian. Anyway, February 11, is also the feast of Our Lady of Lourdes. That’s the most special thing about my birthday, I guess. hehehe. Maybe, that’s why I have “Mary” in my name.
It was also the year, when Pope John Paul II made his first historic visit in our country. And it happened in February also, that’s why, my childhood name, is a Latin word, that is part of Pope John Paul’s motto. But I won’t disclose what it is. hehehe
February is really special because of the following reasons: My son’s birthday is February 5, my Mom’s birthday is February 7, our wedding anniversary is February 8, My birthday, then Valentines day, February 20, my brother’s GF birthday.

Siguro yung calendar nyo ng February, dami ng may circle na dates ahaha! Sabi nila, ang mga February babies daw eh sumpungin, totoo ba yun??

@willa love month talaga. halos every other day may celebration, aside sa mga friends na feb din ang birthday.
@mom of four, ngayon ko lang narinig yan, usually kulang kulang ang pangasar sa amin. hahaha. pero di naman kame sumpungin. ang qualities namin is extremeties, example, either sobrang tahimik or sobrang ingay. haha
@minsan nga we celebrate it together, a party at home, or just eating out.

I remember the Pope's visit to the Philippines in 1981. Pumunta pa nga sya ng Bacolod and kasama pa si Imelda Marcos sa parada.
Pakibulong lang ng Latin name mo. hehe!
gosh, I can still remember the pope's visit here…grabe ang crying session just seeing him. he's got this presence you feel even if it's just in the tube. MOre profound because he was there in our own country, blessing each one of us with his HOLY presence. The most loved pope of all time. His loss is always felt because I grew up knowing just him, just like a father would.
I do think you are quite blessed that day, and continue being so…have a nice GT!
