I decided to change my shoutbox because I receive a message from a user that his link will lead to a site that I hate so much.
I don’t want to be detailed about that but I don’t want my visitors to be brought to that site too. This is the second time I got a spam message on the shoutbox. The other one would lead to a porno site.
Good thing I found this shoutbox that I can delete the messages that I think is inaapproriate. There are a lot of available styles but I can’t really edit the colors of the box, but I can change the width and height. Here are some samples:
Cute? other features are:
Admin and author of the shout may delete it
You can ban IP of frustrating users
Filtering out bad words
If you want to try it out, just check it out here.

What are Municipal Bonds?
To build your municipal bond portfolio, you need to understand what municipal bonds are compared to corporate bonds and stocks. Municipal bonds, often referred to as “munis,” are issued by state, county and city governments to raise money for public projects such as schools, highways and hospitals. Corporate bonds are issued by corporations to raise money for business expansion. Until the maturity date, you’ll receive interest, and upon maturity, the bond amount will be paid back. Stocks are riskier than either type of bond. If a company goes bankrupt, investors who bought bonds are considered creditors, and the bankruptcy courts give creditors precedence over stockholders.
Advantages of Municipal Bonds
There are a few advantages in creating a portfolio from municipal bonds rather than corporate bonds. First, municipal bonds are a safer investment than corporate bonds. Although corporations usually pay higher interest rates than municipal bonds, they run the risk of bankruptcy and being unable to pay back the bonds they issued. Another advantage is the income you receive from a municipal bond is usually tax exempt (you might see municipal bonds referred to as “tax-exempt bonds”). This is particularly beneficial for people in higher income tax brackets. Understanding these advantages can help when you’re building your portfolio and deciding which municipal bonds to buy.
Municipal Bond Portfolio Management
When investing in and managing municipal bonds, you can research bonds based on different factors such as the state and specific issuer, maturity (or call) date, the price and the interest rate (also called the coupon). Choosing bonds issued by your state or local government can be beneficial if they’re tax-exempt bonds. If you choose to have a professional manage your portfolio, consider their qualifications before you decide. Municipal bond portfolio managers should have a high rate of successful investments for their clients. It’s also important that they have the experience and time invested in the municipal bond market.
Most businesses have websites to keep the public and their customers updated on products, company information, job offers, and much more. Because developing and updating websites is time consuming and requires special knowledge, many companies have entire IT departments to help them. However, a CMS (content management solutions) website can help businesses manage all aspects of their web content, including creating and updating, without having to rely on an in-house IT staff for these tasks. Simply put, it leaves the content owners in control of their own web content.
Omniture Publish is one CMS website that allows people to add, update, or modify content on their business’s website without having to rely on IT. Programs like these are convenient for a number of reasons, including:
• Simple to use. You don’t have to be an expert in code to add web content. One-click publishing and interfaces that are easy to navigate make the CMS simple to learn and use.
• Free up your own IT team. When the IT staffers don’t have to focus on constantly updating or adding content to the website, they have more time to address other important issues.
• Get content out sooner. You can update or modify your web content quickly using a CMS website because you don’t have to wait for IT or other web professionals to do it for you.
• Save money. If your website needs are simple, a CMS website can save you money from hiring an IT team or web developer to keep your content current. You simply do it yourself through your CMS program.
Programs like the one mentioned above are loaded with features to help those who aren’t familiar with web updating, such as tools that allow you to preview content before you publish it or access online support if you get stuck.
Erectile dysfunction is a problem that thousands of men across the country and around the globe have to deal with in their daily lives. It is the inability of a man to achieve an erection because of decreased blood flow to the penis. There are drugs on the market today that help with erectile dysfunction and one of the most popular and successful drugs is Levitra. Levitra has helped men of all ages achieve an erection when needed for intimacy with their partner. If Levitra is needed to achieve an erection, anyone over the age of 65 who has liver or kidney problems, and anyone who is taking protease inhibitors should consult with a physician before taking the drug.
Levitra should only be taken when a man wishes to have sex. It should not be taken at will during the day and the dosage should not be increased without first consulting with a doctor. The pill can be taken with or without food and should never be taken by women. The drug comes in three dosages; 20mg, 10mg, and 5mg. If the desired effect is not achieved on one of these dosages, talk with a doctor and he or she might increase the dosage of the drug to achieve success.
The drug Levitra helps to increase the blood flow to the penis needed to achieve an erection when a man is stimulated either physically or visually. When the nerves and blood vessels in the penis do not work correctly, the man will have trouble achieving an erection, which is when he should take Levitra. Always consult with a physician prior to taking any medication, especially if it is for erectile dysfunction. A physician will be able to answer all the questions a patient might have
