Oh what I mean is new bear! I am an avid collector of different kinds of bears. It can be stuff toys, figurines, coin purse, bags or anything that looks like a bear. Sad to say, I have lost some of my collections too, like a bear coin purse given by a friend of mine in college. But the best thing about my collection is I have several bear stuffed toys, most of them are given by my friends and of course by my husband. He gives me stuffed toy every year and I think he supports my bear collections. On my birthday, he gave me this wonderful red bear. Her name is Little Miss Wacky.

My son likes to listen to music using his cellphone, Nokia 3120C. This is my old mobile phone that I decided to give it to him. He don’t really use it to text and call, he just uses it for playing games and listening to music. Whenever he hears a new song, he would always ask me to download it on his phone. It’s nice that my son is interested in music and sometimes I would hear him singing. I remember him singing Pinoy Ako and A whole new world using electro-voice microphones at my mother’s house. I think he has a good voice and it would need to be developed. I hope I can enroll him to a voice lessons this summer but I still have to ask him if he wants it or not.

Green Tea is very popular when it comes to weight loss because it naturally helps in burning fats because of its polyphenols content. But aside from that Green tea has a lot of health benefits like:

• It can help reduce bacterial infections in your mouth
• Helps the body fights caner because of Green tea’s leaves which has EGCG
• It helps in controlling your appetite
• Helps prevent heart disease and helps control blood pressure
• It is also beneficial in diabetes
• Protects rheumatoid arthritis
• Possess very strong anti-oxidant qualities
• and a lot more health benefits

But sometimes, because of the process being done in green tea it losses some of its nutrients. Sometimes the ingredient being add in the green tea beverage would be unhealthy also, like sugar. The good news is, our Green Tea Beverage has STEVIA. It is an outstanding herb bearing leaves of very refreshing sweet taste and remarkable health promoting qualities. The sweetness of stevia leaves is much different from other natural sweetener or artificial sweetener but is so delicious.

Another ingredient of our green tea beverage is L-Carnitine, again this is very good for people who wants to loss weight. This help turns fat into energy. And lastly, Green Tea Beverage has Sodium Ascorbate, which I know I don’t need to elaborate.

Overall, drinking green tea beverage once a day is very healthy for our body. You can drink it hot or cold and it is equally delicious. As for me, instead of drinking regular coffee, I just drink Hot Green Tea beverage in the morning.

Yesterday, I and my mother were at Lipa, Batangas. My mom called Leah, my son’s godmother and my future sister-in-law and asked if we can meet up there. Leah mentioned that she will also visit the house that she and my brother bought so we decided to come along so we would see the house. It was already night time when we meet up so it was a bit dark at the house but good thing there are lights already. We looked at the house and it was beautiful. Bathroom lighting fixtures was already installed as well as other lightings though they still need additional bulbs for the rooms.

It’s a two storey house with three bedrooms, one at the ground and the two bedrooms on the second floor. The size of each room is the same so there was still space at the second floor. I think Television would be placed there so it would act as the living room. There is a terrace also, and my brother has a plan of extending the terrace. The color of the paint is really nice and overall the house is beautiful. My brother is still planning to have some revisions and extensions on the house but it can still wait. Maybe by that time he would be able to afford a nice bathroom ceiling lighting that would give an additional beauty to their house.

In celebration of my son’s birthday we went to Baguio for a weekend getaway. One of the places we visited was Mines View Park. When I was younger, I was able to go to Baguio already but I can’t really recall everything but I know I have visited Mines View Park many times.

Much to my surprise this park was turned into shopping area. There are a lot of stalls which sell different items like bonnet, scarf, souvenirs, food and a lot more. Good thing I didn’t find a ski jackets or I would really be in shock. There are photo corners, you can have your photos taken with a dog or horses or even senior citizens who would wear native costumes. The park is so commercialized already but still the view is beautiful.

Yesterday, I and my mom went to Lipa, Batangas to go to my brother’s school, De La Salle Lipa. My mom would attend a seminar on depression and suicide while I will go with my brother and have a business presentation to some of his classmates. In the afternoon, my mom and I stayed at the nearby mall. I have noticed a lot of students. There are those who wear their school uniforms or their PE uniforms, some are wearing nursing uniforms, some are even talking about were to get discount scrubs. We were able to talk to tourism students from two different schools and I was able to do a business presentation to one of them. My mom did the intro, it’s her gift, she can actually do cold prospecting and have a positive outcome, and I do the presentation. It was my first time to do a business presentation to some one I don’t really know but it was worth the experience.
