First Showtime Grand Winner:XB Gensan
First Grand finals of Showtime happened today. There were 11 groups who performed and showed their talents. Complete list of the finalists can be found here. The grand winner was the last group who performed, XB GENSAN. It is very interesting that this group won considering that they joined the finalist as the wild card winners together with Boys unlimited dancers. But this group deserves to win. The routine was great, they are great dancers and you can just feel their emotions. Here’s a video from youtube. Enjoy!
Congratulations to XB Gensan and to the 10 other finalists. They are all good and they are all world class talents. Proud to be Pinoy.
Showcasing the Filipino Talents
I just love watching talent shows, may it be local or international. The latest show that caught my eyes is Pilipinas got talent. Kapamilya network acquired Got talent Franchise, a British TV format. Pilipinas Got Talent is hosted by Billy Crawford and Luis Manzano, while Marc Abaya will host the daily spin-off, Pilipinas Got More Talent. The judges of the show consists of Kris Aquino, Freddie Garcia, and Ai-Ai Delas Alas
Anyway, I’m just here to share to you one of the aspirants. He is 16 year old Jovit Baldino. He’s young but he’s good. Ai-Ai was even touched with his story. Anyway, here’s a video I got from youtube.

Two holidays coming up this september
The first holiday would be tomorrow. The government declared tomorrow, Sept 7, a Non working holiday because it would be the burial of Eraño Manalo, the head of the politically influential, vernacular-speaking, and home-grown Iglesia ni Cristo, who died last August 31.
Another Holiday would be on Sept 21, which marks the end of the holy month of Ramadan, and would be highlighted by the celebration of Eid’l Fitr.
So two long, weekend for this September. mark your calendars, and prepare for a nice family event. It would be a great time to bond with your family, especially if the parents are working like me and my husband.
