Since July of last year I was just staying at home taking care of my small family. I noticed for the past seven months I was able to lose some weight. Few friends also told me about it. But now that I am working again in an office I observed the increase in my food intake thus I think I am gaining weight again. Its 44 days before Christmas. Are you excited? I’m sure companies are already busy preparing for their own Christmas party, thinking of the themes, costumes, food, games, prizes and giveaways and other details for the party. I can remember the first party I attended with my last employer we were all required to wear something formal. Ladies are required to wear evening dress while coat for the gents.
