Mommy Moments: Books
These are my Jerome James‘ current books at school. He opens it daily because of assignments
but we also read the language and reading books even if there is no assignment.
He still can not read words right now but he has a lot of books like coloring books, activity books, drawing books and story books. One of his favorites is Kung fu Panda. Though he already watched the movie version of Kung fu Panda, he likes looking at the pictures and asking me to read it for him. Some times he would just tell the story while looking at the pictures.

Mommy Moments: Lights…camera…pose
This week’s theme for Mommy Moments is Lights…Camera….Pose. This will be our favorite pictures of the kids. Lately, my son, Jerome James loves to pose in front of the camera. He also likes taking picture of himself though at this moment it is not so good because it is so close to his face. Anyway, he likes posing and would often say “pangyabang.”
Here are two of my favorite pictures.
Mommy Moments: Grocery Day
My son loves to go to the supermarket or the groceries. You know why? It’s because of the free food samples.
Oh yes! That is the first thing we look for in a grocery whenever we go there, to see what food is being offered as free samples. Aside from that, he also likes driving the cart though I would always object because he might bump into something or someone, he would still insist and would always say that he will be careful. When he gets tired he will be the one to ride the cart. Now that he is big, it would be hard to fit him on the cart that’s why we did something different:
Mommy Moments: Enjoy the Ride
Ever since my little boy, Jhay-jhay can ride different amusements rides, malling will not be complete without it. He really enjoys it and I think we enjoy it also. Here are some pictures, old and new. Enjoy the ride!
Please visit my son’s site too for more pictures of him enjoying rides.

Mommy Moments: School Day
It’s Saturday and I am late for Mommy Moments but anyway as they say, it’s better late than never. I have been busy yesterday and today doing final pay and sorting things which will be thrown or kept in the storage. Oh anyway, enough of my excuses. This week’s topic for Mommy Moments is School day.
My son is new to his school now. He is currently in Preparatory level. There are only 5 students (including him) in Prep which I think is better than his old school which has 20 students. School started last June 16 and until now he doesn’t have uniform, both the daily uniform and PE uniform.
His class starts at 7:30 in the morning so I am usually awake at 5 am to prepare food for our breakfast and her snack at school which is rice most of the time
. I also cook our food for lunch which will last until dinner when we return home. I prepare packed lunch for him to be brought to my mother’s house and packed lunch for my husband. I would wake up the little boy around 6:30 in the morning, good thing he is not difficult to wake up, usually he will just ask for 5 more minutes before he get out of bed. At 7 o’clock or 7:15, my husband will bring him to school.
At 10:00, my stepfather will fetch him and he will stay at their house until we come home in the evening. That’s also the time we eat dinner together and do some studying.
That’s my routine as of now, but in the next week, it will change again because I don’t need to go to work. I might be the one to fetch him at 10:00 and we will study before we have an afternoon nap. One thing is for sure, I will be able to teach my son everyday.
And of course, I still need to buy him a study desk, probably the money will come from my final pay.
Mommy Moments: Red day!
Wow! It’s my red day today. hehe. I have several pictures of my son wearing red. Sometimes even with something “Red”
The first one would be a picture taken when he was about one year old. He still needs a little help from his Daddy
This second picture was taken when he turned three. JJ was even wearing a red costume from his favorite red character.
Next, was taken last year at their Christmas Party
And this one, was just yesterday, we were just roaming around the mall, when he decided to pose together with Jollibee.
lastly, maybe this picture would explain why I choose to be known as RED online.
