Music Monday: Every Season
I first heard this song yesterday. It was sung by Rizza, a preacher of Light of Jesus community. The song fits the talk series at The Feast called Seasons. The lyrics are so beautiful. Every season God is with us, he bless us with whatever season we have in our life. I hope you enjoy the song and be Blessed! Have a great week everyone!
Every evening sky, an invitation
To trace the patterned stars
And early in July, a celebration
For freedom that is ours
And I notice You
In children’s games
In those who watch them from the shade
Every drop of sun is full of fun and wonder
You are summer
And even when the trees have just surrendered
To the harvest time
Forfeiting their leaves in late September
And sending us inside
Still I notice You when change begins
And I am braced for colder winds
I will offer thanks for what has been and was to come
You are autumn
And everything in time and under heaven
Finally falls asleep
Wrapped in blankets white, all creation
Shivers underneath
And still I notice you
When branches crack
And in my breath on frosted glass
Even now in death, You open doors for life to enter
You are winter
And everything that’s new has bravely surfaced
Teaching us to breathe
What was frozen through is newly purposed
Turning all things green
So it is with You
And how You make me new
With every season’s change
And so it will be
As You are re-creating me
Summer, autumn, winter, spring

Music Monday: Time after time
I first heard this song version on my hubby’s cellphone. I like Ronan Keating and I like his version too.
Lying in my bed I hear the clock tick,
and think of you
caught up in circles confusion–
is nothing new
Flashback–warm nights–
almost left behind
suitcases of memories,
time after–
sometimes you picture me–
I’m walking too far ahead
you’re calling to me, I can’t hear
what you’ve said–
Then you say–go slow–
I fall behind–
the second hand unwinds
chorus:
if you’re lost you can look–and you will find me
time after time
if you fall I will catch you–I’ll be waiting
time after time
after my picture fades and darkness has
turned to gray
watching through windows–you’re wondering
if I’m OK
secrets stolen from deep inside
the drum beats out of time–
chorus:
if you’re lost…
you said go slow–
I fall behind
the second hand unwinds–
chorus:
if you’re lost…
…time after time
time after time
time after time
time after time

Music Monday: The Body Song
I am a fan of Psalty and the Praise kids, just like my brother. We used to have and listen to their albums. Yesterday, when we attended The Feast, where we usually attend the mass, this song was sang. I still remember the song and its beautiful message. We can even apply it to our daily living. We have our own part in the family, in this world. It’s up to us whether we do it with cooperation. Enjoy
I- I am the eye, I go blink-blink
Yes, I am the eye and I can wink
I am the eye but I can’t think
That belongs to my friend the brain
I fritter-fratter-frit, fritter-fratter-frit
I’m the brain with electric current patter pit
I’m the brain, I can think and learn it bit by bit
yes, I fritter-fratter-fritter all the time
I go lub-dub, lub-dub I go
I am the heart I pump like so
I’m bringing life to all the parts
I am consistent, I’m the heart
I’m swinging, I’m swinging
Swinging on life’s merry way
I’m the arm, I’m the arm
I’m bringing grace to all
Hearing…Hearing
Small ears.. hearing
We don’t.. miss much
Hearing all the time
We are the body of Christ
We are the body of Christ
Together bringing His love to the world
We work together! We work together!
We do it with cooperation
We work together! We work together!
We do it with cooperation! …Amen
Happy Monday everyone and hope you will have a great week ahead of you.

Music Monday: One Look by Kjwan
I didn’t know this song at first until I heard it being performed in the final performance at Pilipinas got talent. I really liked it and I researched for it. Then I realized that I already have an MP3 of this song on my own cellphone. Hahaha. Didn’t even heard it playing or I didn’t notice it.

Music Monday: Let’s Dance!!!
This is actually three different songs performed by our local singer / actor / performer Gary Valenciano, better known as Mr. Pure Energy. I watched the performance yesterday at ASAP, an afternoon show at our local channel. I like the performance and for me it is worth sharing. I hope you like it too. Let’s dance!

Music Monday: Buses and Trains
Buses and Trains
Artist(Band):Bachelor Girl
Hey Mom
Why didn’t you tell me
Why didn’t you teach me a thing or two
You just let me go
Out into the World
You never thought to share what you knew
So I walked under a bus
I got hit by a train
Keep falling in love
Which is kinda the same
I’ve sunk out at sea
Crashed my car, gone insane
And it felt so good
I want to do it again
Hey Mom
Why didn’t you warn me
Coz about boys is something i should have known
They`re like chocolate cake
Like cigarettes
I know they’re bad for me
But I just can’t leave ‘em alone
So I walked under a bus
I got hit by a train
Keep falling in love
Which is kinda the same
I’ve sunk out at sea
Crashed my car, gone insane
And it felt so good
I want to do it again
(AND I WALKED)UNDER A BUS
I GOT HIT BY A TRAIN
AND IT FEELT SO GOOD
AND I WANNA DO IT AGAIN
WANNA DO IT AGAIN
*HEY EY IEEY*
(WANNA DO IT)
Oh, felt so good
Hey Mom
Since we’re talking
What was it like when you were young
Has the world changed
Or is it still the same
A man can kill and still be the sweetest love.
So I walked under a bus
I got hit by a train
Keep falling in love
Which is kinda the same
I’ve sunk out at sea
Crashed my car, gone insane
And it felt so good
I want to do it again
So I walked under a bus
I got hit by a train
Keep falling in love
Which is kinda the same
I’ve sunk out at sea
Crashed my car, gone insane
And it felt so good
I want to do it again
(AND I WALKED)UNDER A BUS
I GOT HIT BY A TRAIN
AND IT FEELT SO GOOD
AND I WANNA DO IT AGAIN
WANNA DO IT AGAIN

Music Monday: Next in Line
Next in Line by After Image
What has life to offer me when I grow old?
What’s there to look forward to beyond the biting cold
They say it’s difficult, yes, stereotypical.
What’s there beyond sleep, eat, work in this cruel life
Ain’t there nothin’ else ’round here but human strife
‘Cause they say it’s difficult, yes, stereotypical
Gotta be conventional, you can’t be so radical.
Chorus:
So I sing this song to all of my age
For these are the questions we’ve got to face
For in this cycle that we call life
We are the ones who are next in line
We are next in line.
What has life to offer me when I grow old?
What’s there to look forward to beyond the biting cold
‘Cause they say it’s difficult, yes, stereotypical
Gotta be conventional, you can’t be so radical.
So I sing this song to all of my age
For these are the questions we’ve got to face
For in this cycle that we call life
We are the ones who are next in line
We are next in line
Oh-hoh, we are next in line.
Bridge:
And we gotta work, we gotta feel (we gotta feel)
Let’s open our eyes and do whatever it takes
We gotta work, we gotta feel (we gotta feel)
Let’s open our eyes, oh-woh
And sing this song to all of our age
For these are the questions we’ve got to face
For in this cycle that we call life
We are the ones who are next in line
Sing this song for me
Sing this song for me
