I don’t really celebrate Valentine’s Day. Maybe because I am already broke from my birthday and my mom’s birthday ^_^. Sometimes,  I’ll receive a card or a little gift from my hubby, but I don’t really celebrate it extra special. As what my officemate said yesterday, everyday should be a Valentine’s day. This Valentine is just like an ordinary day, My hubby will go to work(as usual), me and my son will be at home, playing the Playstation, doing some household chores, and going to attend mass. At the end of the day, we will bring my son to my mother-in-law’s place.

But I guess, the whole week is just filled with surprises and dates. Though, I still feel some heartaches, my husband still prepared something for me. On our anniversary (last Monday), he texted me, “bukas ka na lang magalit sa akin, uwi ka ng maaga.” hehe. It made me smile. When I got home, he prepared a nice dinner and three white roses. I forgot to take picture. hahaha.

We went out again on Wednesday and Thursday night, good thing, I have my camera with me. heheh. Ok.. Ok.. other date details will be revealed next Thursday, but I think, I need to prepare it now so I won’t be late again next week. haha.

I was about to post last week’s topic and this week’s topic together, but when I saw Kharen’s entry(she was late also) hehe, I decided to post it separately.

Of course my one true love is my husband, Manuel Castillo Jr., aka Emjhay or MJ for short. hehehe. Actually, his nick “emjhay” originated from me. I baptized him with that nickname because I think MJ is too simple.  We met in a fast food restaurant about seven years ago, we were just co workers then. His a man of few words and we rarely talk, he was too busy with his GF that time. ^_^

We don’t have the perfect relationship, we have misunderstanding from time to time. Actually, last Sunday, a day before our anniversary, we fought about something. o yeah, I blurted it out. I was not really excited on our 5th anniversary because of that. Anyway, In consider myself lucky for having him. He doesn’t smoke and drink. Oh yes, he drinks only on occasion and when the host forces him. His only addition is basketball, playstation(he plays NBA a lot) and me.  He’s a home buddy type, while me, ah, I’m home buddy also, sa home ng buddy ko. ^_^, Of course, that was before we were married. His routine, home-work-home. He rarely go out with his friends or officemates, sometimes, I will be the one to force him, to go, and have fun. heheh.

One thing I hate about him, his Temper.

FIrst Kiss is the third installment and First Boyfriend is the last installment for Girl Talks’ January Theme “firsts.” I wasn’t able to post my First Kiss last Thursday because I am trying to recall who was my first kiss, but my mind just choose to remember the kiss from my First Boyfriend. I guess there are just some memories that need to be buried in the past.

Anyway, I had my boyfriend when I was seventeen years old. I was working at Jollibee that time as a service crew and so was he. Boyfriend thingy is not in my mind that time, I was just focused with work and my friends. I know I had a crush on somebody but I choose to ignore it. Until such time, that my brother fetch me at work and I was talking to a fellow guy crew. So, I need to introduce them to my brother, unfortunately, I made a mistake with the name of the guy. Just made a joke about it. After that, I just realized that I can’t take my eyes away from the guy. Whenever I see him I just feel happy. I talked to my best friend, and I hate to admit that I liked the guy and she said that this guy is asking much about me also. Until, our ‘barkada’ decided to plan an outing, and this guy, which is also part of the circle of barkada, wants to come also. While waiting outside our store, me and the guy were talking, I mentioned that I am not sure about the outing since my best friend will not go. At that point, he also mentioned that he is also hesitant to go because of some reasons… When my best friend joined us, I told her the story…. To make the conversation short, my best friend, still didn’t join the outing, but me and the guy was forced to go. ^_^

At the resort, we had a nice conversation and in the end we agreed to share to each other who is the person we like a lot.  So, he admitted that he liked me and I admitted that I liked him. ^_^. I was really, really happy.  Few days after, we became a couple.  <I don’t really believe in long courtship, I have my own reasons. >   Anyway, we were able to hide our relationship from the rest of our barkada and the store for more than a month.  Unfortunately,  after two or three months, he ended his contract with Jollibee, and it was the start of the end.hehehe. We see each other very seldom, but I was hoping and understanding him, since he was busy with his studies. Until, I got tired of waiting, I told the world, we broke up already! hahah. entertained other guy, I got a fling, but still he was in my mind and heart. Hahah. stupid me, I told my friends, to set us up to meet so we can talk. It happened. We broke up formally. But, things turned suddenly, we became a couple again. ^_^. Well,  it happened again…. Communication lost…. I entertained another guy… then, he’s back…..

I really love him.  He was my first love. And I was so crazy that several years passed, we saw each other again, and the result, me and him together again. I think for six years, we were on and off. I had other relationship, actually, I have one serious relationship that lasted for two years, he also have his own relationships, but I keep on looking for him, and as he said, he is also looking for me. I just don’t know why we can’t be together for good.

We are still friends now. He is my facebook friend. We still have common friends. And the world is really small, his GF right now, is a sister of my classmate in High School. We already have one final talk. I hope it’s the end of everything. ^_^

Oh, I forgot, his name is Jommel Abuloc. No problem, if he reads this, he knows everything. Even my husband, knows how much I love that guy. I just don’t know if he still remembers. hahaha.

Oh! It’s Thursday again! and it means Brave Girls will have to reveal about their firsts again! Good luck Girls!

This time, we are going to talk about FIRST DATE…. I’ve been thinking about this for one week already! Trying to remember when and where was my first date. I did remember something, but I hope this is right. hehehe. I know for sure that my date won’t read this. hahaha

It happened in ancient times, errr, when I was in fourth year High School. I am boyish when I was in HS and date is not in my mind. That’s why when this guy invited me I didn’t believe that he was serious. He didn’t formally asked me out, we were just talking on the phone, and he asked me to come with him and watch a movie. I didn’t believe him and was teasing him that he is sick and all but he is insisting. So I said, if you can go to my house and pick me up then I’ll come with you. I was confident because I know, he don’t know my address but after one hour or two, he was there. hahaha.

It was not a fancy date in a fancy restaurant. We watched a movie and ate in a restaurant. I can’t remember what movie and what restaurant, but it all happened at Robinsons Place Manila. We had a great time because I consider him a good friend. The guy’s name is Ryan. hahah a very common name. But he was not my first Boyfriend, there was just no sparks.After HS, we met again one time after a long time of not seeing each other and at that point, my gay friend liked him a lot. hahaha. After that we lost our communications.

I had my first crush when I was in Elementary, particularly in Grade 2. Hahahah so young? He was my classmate. But everytime my friends from home would ask who is my crush, I don’t know who to say since they don’t know this guy, eventually, I came up with someone they know. I told them he was my crush. . and they all believed me. And that made me a little uncomfortable with that guy, which I won’t disclose the name. Anyway, me and my crush from the school became close. We call each other every night. And I know that he have a crush on me also. (kapal!) I don’t know what happened but the next school year, we were not that close already but still civil with each other.

After elementary days we lost communications, but if I remember it right, just about 3 – 5 years ago, we were able to communicate through text messages. Hahaha. but now I don’t know where he is, but I think he have a singer career, but not the type the you see on the television.

And his name is Michael. hehehehe.

(for sure my brother would tease me when he reads this, so I am hoping he will not see this.)

I joined Girl Talk several weeks back but I wasn’t able to post GT topics religiously every Thursday. So now, though I know I am late, I still decided to post this.

I was born on February 11, 1981. Yes, I am an aquarian also. I’ve already seen some bloggers who are fellow aquarian. Anyway, February 11, is also the feast of Our Lady of Lourdes. That’s the most special thing about my birthday, I guess. hehehe. Maybe, that’s why I have “Mary” in my name.

It was also the year, when Pope John Paul II made his first historic visit in our country. And it happened in February also, that’s why, my childhood name, is a Latin word, that is part of Pope John Paul’s motto. But I won’t disclose what it is. hehehe

February is really special because of the following reasons: My son’s birthday is February 5, my Mom’s birthday is February 7, our wedding anniversary is February 8, My birthday, then Valentines day, February 20, my brother’s GF birthday.
